About

Lions Club International is a community service organisation dedicated to the idea that the people who live in a community are in the best position to know who needs help and why.

Local Clubs are part of the world's largest such organisation, with 1.4 million members serving in more than 200 countries and areas.

The association is both non-political and non-religious, with an active policy of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Rugby Heritage Lions Club (CIO) is just one of the many clubs around the world and across the United Kingdom.

We are dedicated to giving back to the community we live in, whether through service projects or supporting those in need. Our service projects include recycling spectacles in order to give the gift of sight to those in need across the globe, helping out with local projects and events, cleaning up our environment by litter picking, recycling snack packets, batteries and print cartridges, volunteering at warm hub facilities, supporting those in need - and much more. We even help Santa bring Christmas joy.

We also carry out fund raising to support local and international charitable causes.

Our motto - Where there is a need, there is a Lion!

We meet on 3rd Tuesday of every month at
Rugby Methodist Church Centre
Russelsheim Way, Rugby CV22 7TB

Let us know if you would like to come along and meet us OR watch for one of our informal 'Meet the Lions' sessions, where you can join a few of us over a drink and just get to know us.
